Plan a big party, put up the signs, tell everybody 'get
your costume'.

but I don't care.
Then I see The Ghost, he's in costume, the sad ghost.

And the place fills up with smiling faces, there's not
a costume in sight.

So I ran down the street, and I yelled 'Stop!'
'Don't you know you just won first prize for your
costume?'
I offered him the most pathetic prize I think I'd ever
seen, he offered me a weak smile in return.
And he turned away, and he walked away.
