When I traveled around the world
I never thought that I would meet the girl of my dreams
But that's what's happened you see
And I'm hoping she's the one for me
She's as lovely as the stars in a clear night sky
In the time I've known she's never told me a lie
Now I'm having thoughts of marriage
And asking her to be my wife
Tomorrow Night
So I'll meet a jeweler tomorrow
And buy an engagement ring
Write a poem for her
And put it to a melody
Call her up on the phone
And ask to go over
To look into her eyes and sing
You and me forever
I really like the way that sounds
Let us dream till whenever
Our deepest hopes and dreams are found
Let us not forget Jesus
He has all of the answers we'll need
To get through all the hard times
When the answers seem out of our reach
Then I'll take her hand and say
Let me tell you honestly the way I feel for you
You're my love
And there's nothing imaginable that I wouldn't do
To stay close and dear to your heart
Just the way that I am now
With us both romantic dreamers
And our dreams still yet found
Then I'll say I know you want three children
I think I might like that too
But right now I just don't know what in the the world
That I can do
To support such a family
See I just don't have enough money
Knowing this could you be happy
With a rock and roll dreamer like me?
