Point Of View Lyrics

Tiltmeter Point Of View

Point of View- I'm running my finger across the seat in
places where the driver cannot see. Just changing
positions with eyes on the road at all times. Whatever
lies ahead appears on signs somewhere in the distance. I
think I need another point of view from windows and
headlights. All that they can say as I turn blue is
aren't you having a good time?' As silent as the man
behind the wheel I trace around the cursive lines and
steer in either direction waiting for a dead end. Check
my pulse and count to ten. Reach our destination soon or
bury me alive. I never meant to be this confused, in lack
of a good time. Hold my breath and count to ten while
passing in and out and then ignore the drivers' verbal
blow. Pay the fare and go.
