come, sleep, take me ferry me right through this dark
hour or i'll keep watch, listening and shaking like a
flower the train roars by, strange lullaby water pounds
on the roof and the ground outside and all that's fine,
that's what I like but there's so much more i smile too
much and talk to strangers more than i ought to knowing
this world eventually leads lambs to the slaughter will i
see danger in the eyes of another? the face of evil once
was fair to its mother maybe luck is on my side look at
all the days that we survive each year i get more tired
but it's getting hard to sleep well at night
