Vampyrouss Angel Midst The Storm
I crept my way through the thicket leavesAnd the pouring
rain, you marked the trail
And in your face I saw the pain
Of a thousand frays, I left your gaze
And met the skies in hues of grey
The clouds exhale, your trancelike gait
Held me in sway, as I followed

Higher you swept, becoming a ghost above the trees
I crept my way through the graveyard gates
In the pouring rain, (to where I lay)
And no longer in your face could I see the pain
Of your final days (snuffing out the flame)
I left in haze, would we meet in the skies
