You are small and hidden
Burning between two mountain tops
It is there
Sometimes you can see it
When the moon sits behind the clouds
On the coldest night

It revealed itself to me
When I was young I stared at it

Anymore I can
Barely make it out
Amongst the other fires
Burning in the night ferociously
Claiming their own validity
But I have seen
That the fire remains
Somewhere out there

Among the burning ruins
And cities once made of gold
That we've heard so much about
But never seen
