Two Ton Shoe Zambia
It starts with a twitch and
works its way up to a smile
as the woman from the
magazine introduces you.
There's a long line of fools
just waiting to be told what to do
as the man of the cloth is
zipping up his fly.
The Reverend comes forth
and he takes your hand
and he blesses you
and you notice he
wears a rolex made of gold.

Backed into the corner,
suffocating in the scent
you swore you're never
wind up here again.
Your eyes are upon her,
as she's handing you
the telephone,
and you tell the wife
"I'll be working late tonight."
Lights go down.
