Wired electricity
Eating up my sanity
A lust for more we do not need
Drowning in hypocrisy
Doubting our democracy
Still fighting for equality
So you can live the way you please

All my thoughts become a victim to my cause
And if everybody's aging
And the love ones keep escaping
Then my time becomes a victim of my plause
Anger boiling up in me
Tearing at my sanity
Aim towards authority
for standing up for my beliefs
Strengthen my ability
Give the words bestowed on me
Sadness and the poverty
Our country no one wants to see

And if everybody's aging
And the love ones keep escaping
Then my time becomes a victim of my plause

And Empace all the race
And Erase all the hate
And replace all the blaming

It starts with a feeling
There's one understanding
That love is appealing
If everyone could spend a week
Starving without food to eat
Maybe it would kill our greed
To give some love to those who need
To push past all adversity
a material conspiracy
A great responsibility
To take care of humanity
