Transit Poetry Mourner's Dance
When thoughts are dancing round the grave
And dark reflections find a bend
We try to stand faithful and brave
Although it's where lifelines will end

The silent cry of mankind
Filled with sorrows, grief and fears
It left their iron throats behind
And echoes through the years

This is the mourner's dance
Everybody walks on burning coals someday

Ashes to ashes, clay to clay…
Insignificant seems the pain of ages
When the closest ones all pass away
Through black imagination rages
Full of harm, a mind still on it's way
