i awoke this morning, the picture of you still in my
mind. i turned off the static, thought about the things
you said last night, and it makes me sad to think that i
am just a lie. i spent much too long just waiting for
anything, anything to happen, and i never noticed when my
angels slipped away, but you're still here. you've always
been a miracle, a miracle to me. four seconds left, three
seconds left, you pick me up again. you make me forget to
breathe. i'll live in your shadow forever. you make me
forget to breathe because in my world you are everything.
