If I could remember what my voice sounded like, I would
let the whole world hear me scream. I've seen it all
before, over and over again. Decide, reply tonight, (it's
over again) and burn these bridges bright. Deliver me
from the promises that make up the world or walk me down
the same dark path I've seen before. Quiet thoughts,
whispered words, well-versed notes with desperate
measures. The fact that "scarlet" just romanticizes what
was red all along.
