Shelter Lotus-like
Lotus-like the starting but covered by the leaves and mud.
Look to the sun to raise me up to bloom.
But it’s all right cuz life’s a path
a blast a gash in the face and I ask - “will it bloom real soon?”
Got to get it somehow.
You know I want to force it but everything in this world has its time.
And I want it right now.
But all the fear created here is emanating from my mind.
Lotus like but dormant and I want to sprout that seed.
With focus and determination - that’s all I really need.
Lotus like just sitting in the swamp again.
Colors fragrance where are they today?
But potential is what’s driving me, my hope my life to sprout that seed
and I have that - and I’ll be ok
