Well I'm the biggest trouble that my mama's ever had,
Who knew the miracle of life could make a woman mad
She went through her whole life, doin' everything right,
Not a single notch in the log, till I, I came along (aw naw)
Well I painted walls when I was seven, broke a window at age eleven,
Fifteen years old I borrowed her car
She'd get real mad and chew me out, say boy get out of the house,
And I'd run barefoot through the neighbor's yard

I am today without my mama's ways
