there's murder running
through my veins
tired of living like a beatdown dog

i call forth this forest deep
and ride upon its crystal stream
to the ocean of my darkest dream
trees rise around me like walls
overarching like cathedrals
here let god fear me
well this little boy's shadows grown long
and his heart is tattered at the seams
and i feel the winter wind blowing strong
and its raining inside my dreams
its washing away my dreams
today's tomorrow
and tomorrow is yesterday
