O'cealleigh A Cosmic Carol
On the first day The lord said let there be light
The stars shone down and lit up the night
Filling the heavens with celestial glow,
T'was the holy spirit that the saints did know
Reflecting like snow flakes pure and calm
The holy scriptures, light surrounds
On Christmas day lifts the holy veil
As we celebrate Mary and Josephs tale
Animals bowed when they saw grace
Good spirit's brought peace to our earthly place
May timeless peace bless each face
At midnight mass we celebrate our faith
People gather spread love, good will
Warming our souls from the winter chill
We join together sing festive rhyme
Make merry with tales as we sip wine
