I tore myself apart, and picked up all the pieces,
and from them fashioned a heart.
I turned the world all upside down, and shook out all
the jewels,
and from them fashioned a crown.
I saw them both in magazines
atop a golden mountain.
I ripped myself in shreds, and gathered up the papers,
and from them fashioned a head.
It sits in my appartment, a trophy on the mantle.
