Like the moon moves the tide, she moves the thought of her thru your
mind, in the place where the forgotten go, she don’t know what you’ve
lost but she knows what your trying to find.
Its like nothing trying to hide behind a ghost, like a ship at sea listens
to the foghorn on a foggy coast, but it will knock you down like a cool
night staring into space, yeah she’s so subtle until she slaps you in the
face.
Like her calm eyes gaze out across a bleak horizon, like her fingers
move down the seam of my heart, sometimes I can barely feel her
touch, and sometimes it feels like she’s gonna tear me apart.
Its like nothing trying to hide behind a ghost, like a ship at sea listens
to the foghorn on a foggy coast, its like bending down to take a kiss
and instead getten a shot of mace, yeah she’s so subtle until she slaps
me in the face.
In the place where the unknown stays in hiding, well she don’t know
what you’ve lost but she knows what your trying to find, sometimes
you feel the silence and sometimes its just ordinary life, sometimes
she just likes to remind you the only difference between the two is your
frame of mind.

up if you cant keep the pace, yeah she’s so subtle until she slaps you
in the face.
