To drown in this sea of trouble, to lose your harvest to the wind, to out
live the master of fate, to be a rock covered in winter snow, to be the
man that sells time to the clockmaker, forever gathering time for your
enemy, to let fall the leaves of October, to bury the dead in the living
earth.

To bang the drum for the ones who dance, to sleep alone without your
dreams, to be trapped like a bird in only sky, to be a star that cant be
seen by the naked eye, to be guilty of the future and innocent of the past,
to have a soul that drains the blood from your heart, to make it thru the
rain and be denied the rainbow, to be a beggar living in utopia.

To steal from the rich and get robbed by the poor, to be the lover of the
celebrated darkness, to be like Christ wondering on the cross, to be lost
in your own hiding place, to be able to feel but not allowed to touch, to be
a king who is ruled by a heartless queen, to never ever ever wake to a
dream, to be sent by the river to a dumb and blind ocean.
