NARCISSUS

Thru the dreamy Elysian fields I wander, past autumn trees that grow
spectacular with fiery leaves, my head is filled with the ancient wonder
beyond the facade of time, what is it that bends me thus into life’s
sweet pulp, I contemplate the air I breathe and it nourishes my lungs
oblivious, I exhale the air that makes me one with this scene and it
forms a cloud of breath, I come upon a pond that shines with the
evenings brilliance golden, I look down into it’s depth as it reflects the
beauty of me.
I feel the splendor bliss of creation as I stand transfixed, for some
reason my mind wanders to the warmth of her thigh on mine, I feel the
eroticism of nature I want to caress her lay bare her body, I want
exhibit my manhood find joy in it as the sky blushes, and that is it
woman the feminine of nature join with me, yes join with me and we
will be still again, in this rapture I sing and I look to the
consummation, I look deep into her eyes and they reflect the beauty of
me.
I look deeper yet into the still waters of my soul, and as long as I look
the same still waters of the world I see, I feel a love surging from the
depths an indifferent love a merciless love true love, I take it into my
being and I know this true love, now I know there’s no thought nor
deed that can stop this true love, I let it surge thru me and I feel all the
joy and sorrow of this true love, come to me now angel of the evening
star lets live the night, yes Prometheus keep your dreams I shall live by
the beauty of me.
