Memory Lane Lyrics

Medication Memory Lane

As I lay here in my bed you might mistake me as being dead and I only hope that I don’t dissapoint you. And if I could I would say everything that I could ever think of here in my mind.

So please don’t leave me quite just yet. It’s not my fault that I’m being forced to come along for the ride. Just know that it feels like I’m dying (just know that it feels like I’m dying.) And that I’d much rather be with you tonight.

If you can’t remember what it’s like then take a trip down memory lane. And if you’re home alone tonight just remember that it always turns out the same. Emptiness and loneliness too just remember that I’ll always be here for you. My promise is that through and through I’ll be sticking it through for you. Just don’t go walking down memory lane.

So if you are waiting for me and you get nothing please just hold on a little longer. I can’t stand lying like this to you but just know that I have to. I wish that there was something more that I could do.
