Mat Musto Birthday Party
So It’s been three years,
since I’ve opened up my ears
just taking me in everything I see.
And in around three weeks
I’ll be packing all I need,
just taking off in a good seat
to arrive in the city,
to arrive in the city.
Welcome to my birthday party,
welcome to my dying day.
Everyone’s got a backpack full of problems,
but everyone’s got a pocket full of change.
Of change, Of change.
And it’s sounds so strange,
but I’ve been counting everyday
like it's one more day I don’t have to change my ways.
And I stopped writing poetry,
and started up a diary
so you could see exactly what I mean,
can you see exactly what I mean.
