my bed was floating in the ocean
a swarming jellyfish pulled us over the surface
the sun, the sun was crying diamonds
for every broken masthead
and scotch-taped sail that passed us by
we hung on, hung on, two orphan monkeys
and all we said and all that we did
left me feeling like a little kid
confuse confusion boats bumping
against against slowly bleeding wanting eels
