Something in her eyes is luminous
An enormous surprise, she's darker than I,
She's a fairy-like cat into the night
A tune in her hair's reflecting white

Glowin'n'blowin' I felt like a clown when I saw'em
By the light
For certain, through the window I saw you looking at the mirror

Gazin' at her, I've been underneath her
Curtain of pearls, turning bright she appears
Fading night around her, right where she stands
But otherwise, comparing me twice with her
I realized who's, instead of her eyes,
Handlin'n'rulin' Twilight and I'm wondering why
