So I asked what is empathy
And I was told
It's appreciating one's vulnerability
So I looked up vulnerability
And I realized
No one is ever vulnerable
That's a false belief
That's identifying with something that you are not
You are perfect
You are wise
You are strong
You are amazing
You are kind
You are lovable
You are worthy
You are a creator
Don't ever identify with someone else's pain
Don't even identify with pain
You are so much stronger than that
When you identify with it
You make it your own
And then you are that
Why be what you don't want
Don't be empathetic
Be love
