Well I left for work in a hurry
I rushed out the door without sayin' Goodbye
"I didn't tell her I loved her this morning,
But I'll tell her tonite." I thought to myself.
And as I hurried off toward the highway,
This truck outta nowhere caught me by suprise.
He missed me by inches, and my life
Passed in front of my eyes.
I guess that's the reason that they say:

As soon as my legs stopped shakin,
I took a deep breath and turned my car around.
