Insidious Disease Boundless
As I plunge into
The heart of darkness
Lost but free
From oppression
This journey through
Desolated landscapes
Of the forsaken mind
Searching my own kind
I am at the depths
Of my own depravity
Eating from the last shreds
Of humanity
As much as it sickens me
I have to kill to stay alive
Succumb to pride and denial
Pain and strife
There are some really sick people
And I am one of them
