Trust not in man, for I know what's in a man.
There is no truth. There is none in his self edification.
Trust not in me, but the Truth within me with whom I
share this burden of compassion.
I will stand and love a world that denies me.
I will forfeit my heart to plant a seed of revolution.
I will forfeit my heart and take on the heart of God.
I will renew my mind and adopt the mind of Christ.
My actions will prove; broken man, I will love you
because my Father loves you.
I will love you because He loves you.
If my eyes are the window to my soul I will look to them
no longer.
So I'll look into Yours, consume me in Your glow.
In God's eyes there is no darkness and I'm captivated...
to bring you truth.
