Horizon The End
Standing all alone, looking out of the window
Through a cold stormy night that I don't even see
Lost in memories of a time gone forever
I've got to face the truth but it seems so unreal
A few days ago we were laughing together
We were young and we thought our lives had just begun
Who could have known that this time had no future
And that we were close to the end
Through the ups and downs, through the good and the bad times
We were sticking together and feeling so strong
Sharing what we had, giving trust all it's meaning
Always there for each other when something was wrong
Then suddenly and without any warning
Fate has come between us and has dragged you away
So hopelessly that I may try to accept it
But I can't admit that it's the end
Oh it feels so strange to realize all the changes
There are so many things that will never be the same
If I look around, the whole world seems cold and empty
But I don't want to surrender myself to the pain
Inside of me is growing this odd sensation
That some forces are stronger than what separates us
Somehow, someday, we'll recognize one another
And we'll meet again after this end
