Filled with the confidence of youth I was convinced I would amount to something more than dead weight, swinging at the end of my own little rope. It was me against the world. I was sure I'd win. I wanted to change the world so badly I actually thought i could. Well, this world won't just roll over and die. But I didn't want to listen when they said "son, the way things is the way it is, don't expect convention to give a single inch.
