Go It Alone Picking Up The Pieces
So here I am, picking up the pieces of broken promises that I could never keep. And I'm too afraid to face up to the truth of my past so I just push it all away. So I'll be sitting right here with my head in my hands. Once again those memories are washing over me. Feeling alone and wanting to die, I couldn't find a reason to feel alive. But none of that will ever change the fact that I let you down when you needed me the most. So I'll be sitting right here with my head in my hands. I can only hope that one day I'll find it in myself to say those words to you. Two words that I'm afraid to speak: I'm sorry. I only hope you can understand. I'm sorry.
