I find myself Standing here again...
And things I thought would be a little changed
but in a world of opposite intentions
who really cares
Over and over and over again
Hands to feed me
Hands to beat me
mild as the rain
rays of hope on an otherwise
dismembered day
The effort now is distant
reborn through another sunny sky
but on the face of things
was it ever worth the time
why am i standing here
I know things will always change
A no win situation
whoever really cares
On a day of infinite flowers and sunshine
will the rust of tomorrow break the strain
i'm still standing here
and nothing has really changed
an outward indication
Of one who really cares
