Dangerous Summer Surfaced
I set my words on the ground, and I was grinding my teeth.
I planned the pieces alike to see if planets could speak.
It took my mind by surprise and I was finally free
from all my darkest days.
I found my heartbeat again and dropped to my knees.
There was the sun in my eyes, it made a star out of me.
It's like my life was a list,
and my head was first to get crossed off.
