Seraphic shadows dot the sky
Tattered wings on the horizon
And at bruised first light we'll fly
Like the veins of hell opened up to the dawn
I have seen the night time sun
Turnin' the rainbow black
The histories can't be undone
Come on, now there's no turning back
The fire in our eyes is real (Now)
Can you see it burn
When they tell us how to feel
There are lessons they must learn
Savage kings have ruled too long
We're only serfs and thralls
But there is power in our song
It can shake the castle walls
The world is cold
And I've lost my hold
Yet here we are screaming for magic
I can feel their eyes
