We sail the sands of time
Watching our shadows grow long
Dragging our bones cross the rocks
Believing we could remain strong
For every chink in our armor
There is a notch in our hilt
Though so weak and so weary
No sturdier man can be built
But I have looked beyond the veil
I pulled back the curtain and stared into hell
I have seen the dragon and demons now know my name
Child don't cry, I'll return in the black candle flame
