I can't sleep tonight, there's something keeping me up, I'm ok, I'm secure, I'm protected by blood, but I'm offended by the fact that I thought it was mine. I cower and wait, they seek as I hide. I was trying to stitch us together to form something greater than me, don't say it was a lie. It's so easy to say that you love something then throw it aside, don't throw me aside. Sincerity, and openness, and understanding. I've had enough to keep me alive. Just first give yourself these things, and then join me again. I wanna see you reappear, I wanna see my old friend.
