Sweet wife named Sue, pretty baby named Lou

He's the kind of fella they call plain vanilla
But that doesn't matter much to Joe
When he's not counting numbers, he's looking for ways
To share the Savior that he's come to know
He don't make much money, but he keeps on smiling
He knows that he's got it made
The one thing that matters is that down at the office

With the girls all over the block
They read together how a virtuous woman

She's changing the lives of a lot of housewives
