To my left a mountain stands
It's been there since beginning
On my right the sea
It sounds so hard and unforgiving
Straight ahead the sun still shines

And right behind me lies a memory dead

Joanne she is still living here

Except the trees, they're taller now
And never stay the same
Always growing up one way
