Adequate Seven Grassroots Resistance
Just across from where i'm standing
The masses are demanding
A recognition of the national flag
But there are things that the punks should do
To illustrate the value
Of tolerance and (true) demoocracy
Hide behind the british flag yeah
But its gonna get us nowhere
Why have lines when human interests are the same?
Cos you can shut out other people
Keep wealth globally unequal
But injustice always leads to discontent
This grassroots resistance
Remains invisible
The key is persistence
Then we're unstoppable
We're all children of our culture
The views it fosters we must alter
The unquestioning objection to progression
The clocks go back as well as forward
And i won't let myself feel awkward
Keeping borders shut is clearly not the answer
Wrapped inside a british flag yeah
But its gonna get you nowhere
