This isn't the end or the beginning
But just between the two
Whatever you say, whatever intention

This is where we begin to ask ourselves again
Why we try, try to be something more
It's hard to know when to say
We let this get away and (so) this time
Is no different than before
What everyone is failing to mention
Our attention is long overdue
So can we get by on this indecision
