Rocked in the cradle of the deep
Hell-bound and hardly aware
I try and focus on the motion that plays out in front of me
But there's no command for an ocean
With no rhythm in the wave
And it's f..cked
As sure as my concentration dies
I still know I'm alive
Blood circulating like arson through vein
"Is this how? Is this where it will all end?"
I've picked my poison for now to steal this cave -
The hollow inside that echoes decay
It seems too late - I've become an abyss
It never bottoms and shows me depths these words will never mean
