You could just say that managed seicrves only compare to SaaS, and cloud
computing is a more general term covering all layers IaaS, PaaS, and
SaaS. I would also argue that cloud computing is a lot more than just
managed seicrves. It needs to be agile & elastic, interoperable, portable,
scalable, monitored & metered, cost-effective, and so on.
