Leaning Together Lyrics

Them Airs Leaning Together

Die cut the men
Take them to Paris
Put them in an old jar

Spoon-feed children
Covered wet naps
Clean up that mess inside my teeth house

Combine the tones
Ear splitting sound
Thank you good chap
You've made me what I am

Return to dark days at the hands of wilderness
A Wednesday man

What is he made of?
Well, some say he's made of scary water and afraid of bright lights, and someone left him to die in some sun-baked industrial park after he forgot to return his plastic horse to the cleaners. He had dreams of worrisome bandits with their knives drawn wide and when he woke, he'd somehow willed him through a tiny hole in a casino wall and tumbled down a rickety wooden structure where college students with bags of wet concrete pointed and jeered and tossed sheep with Castillo-grade eye sockets straight through his pockmarked spine. He told them he was looking for a contraption called a toddler tosser to which they replied “You're supposed to be suffering! Why can't you see the right way wrong? Why is there an 11 car pileup on Egmont Connector when all they're supposed to be doing is rubbing our way? Enter each teller and smite the argonaut with the slicked back hair instead of hopping on fuse boxes and melting 5 star resorts!”

Die cut the men
Take them to Paris
Put them in an old jar

Halfway house blues
Covered wet naps
Clean up that mess

Combine the tones
Ear splitting sound
Thank you good chap
You've made me what I am

Return to dark days at the hands of wilderness
Wednesday drop outs
