treading into deeper water.
i can't wait to see what i might find.
it's not like where i was with others.
i can't imagine why i stayed.
fighting stubborn, pathetic genius.
sleeping soundly where they were laid.
i can't find the balance in between,
it's such a skinny little line.
i'll close my eyes but won't let go,
it might just turn out fine.
i tried to teach me dull perfection,
but i hope i never learn.
i won't dismiss my situation.
there's still a lot i have to earn.
