locked out and pushed aside. anger and hatred it's in their eyes.
left to drown in a sea of despair. nothing to believe in.
no one who cares. again and again they've been slapped in the face.
hope and dignity left for us to replace.

year. who'll provide the shelter? who'll provide the love?
blesses peace and grace sent from above. but still there are those
who will never understand the benefits of compassion and lending a
helping hand. so take what you have and give a little back.
