Stairs I Am An Exit
Take a picture of me sleeping.
Give the picture to the little man.
Put the man upon a bicycle.
Place my pictures on the wall and windows.
What is this strange fascination?
Why do you try so hard to open me?
Well perhaps I am a door
through which you are leaving.
So I should be on my guard
and watch out when you take my picture.
Cuz everywhere it hangs
is just another incrimination.
And maybe that's alright.
If you wanna go then you should go.
Just don't take the little man.
