baby stained my blackened heart a bloody red
inspired by my failing sense of humor
the river rose to see it's flow from source instead
of standing still, don't wait until it's
gone to wish that it was back
to being what it was
the mess of language picked up in an afternoon
sounds better in a language i have yet to learn
the months keep dragging on but swear they'll get here
soon
without a care, and i'm prepared but
