and i don't really have the time to talk.'
now go and hide.
i'll come and find you,
four years down the line.
finish your applications,
and maybe i'll apply myself some time.
and then you won't run away from me.
but your letter of acceptance is your manor of escape,
and you've been waiting to hear them say that,
'everyone here is impressed!'
'we're sure you'll be a huge success!'
but i've said that all along.
and you need a change of scenery,
somewhere that'd far away from me.
and as much as it hurts, i understand.
