I've been thinking about the words you spoke,
Can't help feel I've just awoke,
From a bad dream I felt was real,
How sick the truth has made me feel.
Self confidence is replaced with shame,
The sky's mirror reflects our blame,
Innocence is lost as it should be,
To face all our children's destiny.
