Dark remnants of past experience play hide go seek with my
existence
Encapsulating my freedom and blurring my vision
It's hard to see beauty through glasses stained with sin
Or multiple whispers of failures that come from within
There has to be a way to begin again
To reverse the curse of mistakes past
To see half full the glass to find the joy that this time will last
But there's no remedy for insecurities or keys to escaping mental
captivity
No recipe for spiritual healing, yet I'm searching
Cause I do believe, no wait, I insist, that there has to be somthing
greater than this
I just have to find it
