Stop trying to be perfect. Um, I'm still learning how to do that. Not be perfect, as in, trying not to be perfect, if that makes sense, but um. Yeah, uh, it's okay not to do things right the first time.

Genuinely stop caring so much about what other people think. Um, to be honest I'm telling you this without knowing how to do it myself, as well.

And I could tell you that things get easier but I think they only do - when you stop bеing so mean to yourself. We'rе not that bad.

Yeah. It's just not healthy.

And we are happier. And we've got great friends. And there's so much that you've got to look forward to. So just hold onto that and - keep holding onto it.
